“ASILO” means REFUGE.  Asilo de San Vicente de Paul located at 1148 UN Avenue Manila is identified as the Crisis Center of the Daughters of Charity Social Service Satellite System.  It continues to interface with the signs.  The programs and services that appropriate and responsive to the needs of the identified clientele also evolved.  ASVP recognized the new faces of the POOR.  Currently, it has fourfold program components encompassing its services for the identified sectors.  These include Child Welfare and Development (CWDP); Youth Welfare & Development (YDWP); and family & community welfare and Development Program (FCWDP) & Lakbay Kapatid (LKP) Program.
